Kendra is a retail expert with a background in store operations, team management and merchandising. Her focus is to find brand-right solutions that meet store challenges and goals. She works to develop directives and guides that create structure and organization in daily, weekly and monthly operations.
Chelsea builds sustainable business practices that support humans and good work. As a consultant and strategist, Chelsea has helped many small businesses and organizations to maximize productivity and efficiency while maintaining people-focused environments. Passionate about placemaking and strong neighborhoods, Chelsea has worked with multiple commercial districts in Oklahoma City and was central in the development of the Uptown 23rd Business Improvement District.
Prior to her work as an entrepreneur, Chelsea lead several teams and initiatives in corporate retail settings, Madewell (J. Crew) and Apple.
Chelsea currently serves on the Uptown 23rd District Association Board of Directors and the OKC Citizens Committee for Community Development. Chelsea is a step mother. Chelsea practices cello, photography, yoga, kung fu and loves tending to plants.
